Booking Confirmation

While booking online, please note that your desired date/time is not guaranteed until confirmed via email or phone. A deposit of $70 is required to reserve your cleaning slot, which is non-refundable but will be deducted from your total cleaning price.

Cleaning Crew

Our dedicated teams, typically comprising two members, are rigorously screened and trained to ensure a safe and quality cleaning experience. We strive to maintain consistency in the teams assigned to your service while also ensuring they are cross-trained for efficiency and reliability.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to deny or terminate service due to safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, severe clutter, or disconnected utilities. Our employees may choose to leave if they feel unsafe or if the home is in an extremely unsanitary condition.

Cleaning Day Preparation

To facilitate a focused and efficient cleaning service, we kindly ask you to tidy up, ensuring easy access to all areas and surfaces to be cleaned. If additional tidying is required by our team, please inform us in advance so that your cleaning fee can be adjusted for the additional time.

Add-On Services

We offer a variety of additional services for an extra charge, including but not limited to interior window cleaning and detailed cleaning of various household items and areas.

Pets

We are happy to work around pets but request that their activity be limited for the safety and efficiency of our cleaning crew. If a pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our employees from your home.

Service Fees

Your cleaning rate is based on our expertise and may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the house. If the job requires extra time, we will inform you in advance. Rates may be reevaluated at any time based on the time it takes to meet your standards.

Payments

Payments are due on the day of cleaning and can be made via check, cash, or credit card.

Refund Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If any issues arise, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the error at no charge.

Lockouts

If our cleaning team is unable to access your home upon arrival and is unable to enter after 20 minutes, a fee will be applied as follows:

Lockout policy: You will be charged 100% of the cost of the cleaning.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel a cleaning, the following policy applies:

More than 48 hours before cleaning: Full refund.
Between 24 and 48 hours before cleaning: Charged a 15% fee of the total cost of the cleaning.
24 hours or less before cleaning: Charged 100% of the cost of the cleaning.
